These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions for use of the website, consultation platforms (including Exly, TagMango), Zoom sessions, WhatsApp communication, and any content, consultations, or services offered on or through these platforms (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
These Terms of Use apply to end users (referred to as “Patients”, “Users”, “You”, “Your”). These Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions published on the Platform or communicated to you from time to time (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”), define the relationship and responsibilities between You and the Creator (as defined herein) in using the Platform. Your access to the Platform is subject to Your acceptance of this Agreement. Hence, please take Your time to read this Agreement.
When we speak of “Creator”, ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’, we collectively mean Dr. Vikas Kathuria, Neurosurgeon, being the provider of this Platform and the content/services contained therein.
By accessing this Platform, You are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, all applicable laws and regulations. By using or visiting the Platform and services provided to You, You are expressly agreeing to the terms of the Agreement and any updates made from time to time.

For the purpose of this Agreement, “Content” shall include consultations (online/offline), workshops, reports, medical guidance, and any educational material provided on the Platform.
Nature of Services
The Platform provides:

- Second opinions and treatment guidance
- Brain and spine health services
- Workshops and educational sessions
All services are advisory in nature and based on the information provided by You.
Online consultations are limited by absence of physical examination. In case of emergency, You must seek immediate in-person medical care.
License to Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- Modify, copy, or distribute Content
- Record or reproduce consultations without permission
- Use Content for commercial purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Platform
This license shall terminate if You violate these Terms.
Communications
The Platform may include communication channels such as consultations, chats, or support systems.
You are solely responsible for any content (including medical information, reports, or messages) shared by You. We are not responsible for misuse or interpretation of such content.

No Misrepresentation
